In Cajeme, Sonora, an armed attack was registered, resulting in one man dead and two people injured collateral. Among the injured is a 9-year-old boy and a 58-year-old woman. The incident took place on the streets Puerto Peñasco and Coahuila, in the México neighborhood of Ciudad Obregón, where individuals on a motorcycle shot at an unidentified man, causing his death at the scene.

The people injured by shrapnel during this attack were a 9-year-old minor with superficial wounds on the arm, and María Cruz, 58 years old, with an injury to the right leg. Although both are out of danger, they remain under medical observation in a hospital in Cajeme under the care of the District Attorney's office.

Authorities have reported that they are working together with security corporations from the three levels of government to clarify this crime and find those responsible.
